JOE WARD, CCIM has been a licensed real estate broker in Spokane, Washington, continually for the last 33 years.  The last 23 years he has been specializing in retail sales and leasing.  Joe holds a bachelor's degree in Business and a MBA from Gonzaga University.  Annually, the Spokane Association of Realtors bestows awards for the top volume production leaders in the Spokane area.  He has received the top award for being the #1 sales volume leader in 1990, 1993, 1994, and 1997.  In the last fifteen years he has been consistently in the top 10 in the Spokane Board of Realtors, placing 1st (four times), 2nd (three times), 3rd, 4th, 5th (three times), 7th (twice), and 8th.  Joe is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Idaho.
