Pinnacle Realty, Inc. was founded in August
of 1988 by Joe
Ward who had worked in
the Spokane office of a nationally known commercial real estate
franchise, where he had been consistently the top salesperson.
When that firm ceased its presence in Spokane, he decided to
start a company that would specialize in serving the needs of
retailers, retail developers, land owners, and investors.

firms, and commercial lenders has given the company the ability
to assure that all their clients real estate needs are met.
Pinnacle Realty is a team of commercial real estate brokers
based in Spokane, Washington, serving Eastern Washington, Northern
Idaho, Northern Oregon, and parts of Western Montana. Dedicated
to the principle that each clients needs can best be served
by the expertise gained through specialization, each Pinnacle
broker focuses his energies on a specific arena in the real
estate industry, retail. With such individual specialization,
each of our brokers gain in expertise, a higher quality and
level of service that can be offered to the clients than could
be if each broker employed had a "jack-of-all-trades"
style of business.
Pinnacle Realty maintains the largest inventory of retail properties
in its market. Pinnacle brokers specializing in the retail arena
are all actively involved in the International Council of Shopping
Centers and are participating members in the Spokane Association
of Realtors, the Inland Northwest CCIM Chapter, Real Estate
Traders Club, Spokane Area Development Council, and the Spokane
Area Chamber of Commerce.
Pinnacle Realty has three real estate
agents
actively marketing in retail properties. Consistent performance
and extensive market knowledge coupled with long standing relationships
with retailers, developers, landlords and brokers alike, has
enabled the company to consistently do more retail business
than any other real estate firm in the Inland Pacific Northwest.
Our retail sales and performance is best measured by giving
you the volume of business in retail sales and leasing that
we have completed in the last thirteen calendar years, 1990-2002.
In those thirteen years we have participated in listings and
sales volume in excess of $650 million. In 1993 alone our volume
exceeded $127 million. Approximately 65% of that total involved
the leasing of retail space; the balance of which has been in
the acquisition of new sites for retailers, or disposition of
properties for owners. Another measure of our performance is
the amount of signs/listings which we currently have and have
had in those thirteen years along Division Street and Sprague
Avenue. Division and Sprague are the major retail corridors
in Spokane, Washington, and during our first 13 years we had
consistently more signs along these corridors than all of the
other commercial real estate brokers put together. These signs
are our best form of advertising. It is evident that Pinnacle
Realty controls the bulk of the retail properties in Spokane.
Almost without exception retailers call Pinnacle Realty, Inc.
after visiting our city realtors, opted to call us first because
Pinnacle Realty, Inc has the highest degree of visibility in
the retail arena. Our signs offer us the opportunity for those
retailers that we have not contacted personally by phone to
instantly establish a relationship and consummate a transaction
as quickly as possible.
Pinnacle Realty, Inc. also represents many large regional and
national retailers and developers in leasing, subleasing and
selling non-operating or surplus properties. Our marketing of
these properties is extensive.
The majority of our salespeople and staff at Pinnacle Realty
are university graduates. Several have completed post graduate
